...Well it was actually you who wanted to do that, you know... You could always go with my idea though; since she was due to become a Ranger because JD gets taken out of action for a while, she could take on his morpher; becoming the Black Ranger until he was ok... |

Just realised there's either a fairly large age difference between either family or a canon couple in Dino Force...James & Juliet are certainly canon, but her cousin had a son who was at least teenage...I really didn't think that through... Well, I always imagined Juliet to be pretty much the same age as the Rangers...that's comparitively, of course, since as we learned in The Four Faces of Deoxys that Dinosians age much slower than humans...well, that could probably cover the whole thing...I guess there's also that they're only cousins, so their parents could still have a fair gap between their ages...but then Juliet's sister had a miscarraige too...of course, that could have just been days before the Dinosians revealed themselves, so that's not really a problem. |

Really, Psyduck? I thought Juliet was around in her lower 20s. A couple years older than the rangers. I say no more than 22. |

Ok, there's really no reason to drag this out any longer, I can't even keep up with college work, never mind the rest of the stuff I've got going on... Poké Rangers Dino Force and Poké Rangers Lectos Alliance are now officially, until further notice, On Haitus. Except maybe in holidays, I doubt I'll even be able to update this academic year, so yeah...this doesn't mean it's cancelled (you'll know it's cancelled when I put a few pages up detailing all the major plot points I'd decided on for the rest of the series), and I may just pick it up, if I ever get the chance...but yeah...until then... I'll still frequent the forums, and read the fics, if I can, but...meh... Well, we had a good run...better than most authors, who don't even make it into double digits...I made triple! EDIT: That haitus has ended. Johto and Lectos are now officially discontinued. See the topic created specifically to detail this for more - well, details. Well, the fic isn't dead, it just ended... lol. Wow, it was great to have a partner like you in the Poke Rangers business. I'm going to miss your comedy. Hopefully, you get to read the continuation of my stories. |

Ha, that'll be the day, 15 - that's, coincidentally, exactly half - of the emails in my inbox are updates from you, Yankee. The last chapter of yours I read was either PROO 44 or PRBS 11. Also, thinking about it, I'm curious, when are you going to continue that movie? And it's hardly even ended, the introduction of a new Ranger isn't much of an end to a Rangers series, really... Still, I'd love to hear your thoughts on the plot details I've posted. |

I think they're really great, I just haven't had a chance to look at each one in detail. lol. I forgot about the movie. You're talking about the Rara Von/Overtech Overdrive crossover right? |

Just watched the last two episodes to Xiaolin Showdown (don't ask me why or how I came to, like I can remember), and realised that the Neo three-parter, Time & Time & Time Again was a complete rip-off of them. Now, I'm not going to assume you've watched the show, so I'll summarise it with descriptions of the characters. But first, my story was as follows: Rei, one of the core heroes, and Miborg, the more cowardly of the two mentors, freeze themselves, upon his suggestion, to retrieve a device for time travelling so they can go back and stop Team Rocket, the villains, from coming to the present time. However, in removing themselves from the timeline the world became thouroughly messed up, and Team Rocket took over. Rei and the imprisoned Rangers manage to defeat Team Rocket, and retrieve a time travel device. They go back to the past, go through some battles before returning to a corrupted (near) present, where Celebi, a heroic ally, has become evil, and Orion, his villainous counterpart, formerly good, never became evil. Rei explains to the other heroes the situation, they go off and have a great big fight with the villains, and then the simulation deactivates and they only have a vague memory of it. Now in Xiaolin Showdown: Omi, one of the core heroes, and Dojo, the more cowardly of the two mentors, freeze themselves, upon his (Dojo's) suggestion, to retrieve a device for time travelling so they can go back and stop Chase Young, a certain villain, from becoming evil in the first place. However, in removing themselves from the timeline the world became thouroughly messed up, and Jack Spicer, another, more important but less impressive villain, took over. Omi and his imprisoned allies manage to defeat Jack, and retrieve a time travel device. They go back to the past, go through some battles before returning to a corrupted present, where Master Monk Guan, a heroic ally, has become evil, and Chase, his villainous counterpart, formerly good, never became evil. Omi explains to the other heroes the situation, they go off and have a great big fight with the villains, and then the alternate universe comes crashing around them when the alternate Omi is unfrozen (having been trying to stop Master Monk Guan from becoming evil, in a parallel to the real Omi's quest). They're all left with only a vague memory of what happened. Now, admitedly, there are a few differences, such as Omi actually acheiving what he set out to do, mine just being a simulation, and there's being only a two-parter, and the series finale, but just look at the titles; Mine was "Time & Time & Time Again" This was "Time and Time Again" Come on! I was clearly subconciously inspired by these episodes, which aired around May 2006, shortly before I started writing Neo. The titles prove it if nothing else. Indeed, I may have even conciously been ripping these episodes off, but I really don't think I was... |

I remember that episode... lol. That was fun. My opinion however is that compared to Rei, Omi can sometimes have his blonde moments, even though he doesn't have hair. |
