Oh, I never discontinue any of my fics. I just put them on indefinite hiatus until inspiration strikes again. I'd do any chapters you all'd require of me, but nothing much past that. School now's got me in a mess, though, which is why I haven't been able to do anything at all. |

Yankee, several authors in this community have done that, two of whom are known for changing their penname. You've got Mimi and katem92 (or whatever she calls herself nowadays) then Wrath has deleted Sonora several times... And anyway, saying he's "the author to not do such a thing" isn't saying much, all it means it he hasn't in the past. There was a time when even Mimi hadn't deleted a fic, remember. Besides, Yankee, I'd say if anyone were known for not deleting their fic, it would be you or I, both of us have reached triple digits in episode count, and we're the only ones to have completed a fic, or done a movie... But that doesn't really matter anywho. What does matter is getting this fic, Dimension Warriors, rolling again. Ooh, and if anyone's interested, in that novel I've started working on that I mentioned, based on "Ancient Awakening", I've named two of the characters after two of the characters in this fic. I'd say two of the authors, but I know that one of the names isn't the real name of the author (so guess who fits the bill?). And word of warning...those characters are boyfriend/girlfrined...still, they're only like 13/14... |

It has a slight relation to the actual split-up, Psyduck, but Nick in it never really talks. It's a little bit sad, really... ...I just figured out how to fix it. It's a bit of a risky plot twist, but I'm 75% sure it'll make sense. I know how to get him out without getting everyone to end up hating him and let it make sense for DW's Vacation. Now I just have to write it... |

So I'm thinking since one or two of the authors for this have vanished of the face of the web, two more are indefinitely on hiatus, another has officially cancelled their own fic, and the last...er...we simply haven't heard from recently... what do you guys reckon to me releasing the plot info for this? Let's face it, we're never going to get this done. If Yankee & I had had more chapters when we were at our peaks for updating, then sure, maybe it would have gone further, but since it hasn't... Of course, since this isn't solely my fic, I invite any other author who may happen to read this but simply hasn't posted recently to respond, or, indeed, Yankee, in particular. I'll wait for your say-so first. |

Well, I think after November, I'll be back with updates. But, I think with Clarinet and Starfighter starting their freshman year in college, they have long hours of homework and chapter reading I presume. |

Ok, fine, but that'd mean you'd be the only author working on this initially joint project (which, I would like to point out, was proposed by Mimi), and that would mean you'd have three Rangers fics to work on, alone - in fact, currently four, what with the movie. Not to mention your other fics, then spreading out, anything else you may be involved with on the net, then your school work, any other commitments at school, your job, your social life, and so on...you honestly think you'll ever have time to keep DW going? I know you are the single most prominent, most frequent updating author we have, but still... |

Psyduck, trust me... there's a time and place for me to update. I even organized myself to do so. (Confession: I wrote Chapter 49 of PROO, but did not write Chapter 50 for many reasons) Besides, I have an inspiration for Chapter 18 of DW, but that can wait until I have some relief.

Go for it, Yankee. And when you say "you guys", I expect I'll be the only one of the other authors to respond to this. Well, maybe Wrath... If you like, Yankee, I can send you my original ideas for the rest of DW, some of the ideas I've had from the beginning, such as a great deal of exposition on Tina's backstory, motivation, origins, etc., as well as some of the ideas I'd had for Jack. You can implement or ignore as few or as many as you like. |

Well, the first storyline I am doing is something not stupid, but something to look forward to. I saw this movie called Seven Samurai. So, I might go with some flaws like it, but if I can get any monster ideas, that would be splendid. |
