Well; it seems like Yankee's gotten a jump on things this year: the awards listings should be out soon, at any rate. This topic's not going to be for voting: there'll probably be a closed-poll thing for each category in the Poké Rangers forum for that... but discussions about what's going to happen, who's taking part and how it might be improved can go here. Well; I was thinking about how some new categories have been added this year, and I was wondering why there mightn't be any more. We only have two awards for villains, I see, and fighting/action scenes don't seem to have any awards to motivate their setting-up, either. On a separate note, if I might have a few more details, we might have this event marked as one of the first on our calendar =O And on a last, and somewhat promotional note, we might make this voting only valid through this forum... so we can get people to join! And stuff. |

True. Anyway, who thinks December 30, 2007 would be great for nominations and January 31 would be the votes? We should have at least two weeks to vote, and in February we will have the winners! |

Well, we don't need to that just yet. I mean, people it's already the 11th of July (well for me, don't know about people living out of America). I say we start thinking of categories in... October-November, and if not: Christmas (hope not because December is the CRAZIEST MONTH, with handbells, choir cantatas, Winter Concerts at my school, work etc.) |

Yeah, let's try NOT to wait until Christmas-ish again. December = CRAZY. And I hope we aren't starting thinking of topics until LATE October, because October = Just About As Crazy As December. October: Marching Band, start of Quiz Bowl, start of research, possibly a homecoming, more research December: Christmas, my grandma's birthday, my boyfriend's birthday, concluding research, New Year's Eve The list goes on, November seems the least crazy to me. |

Maybe there should be other categories? Suggestions: -Best Villian -Best Sidekick (Example: Alpha 5 from the original Mighty Morphing Power Rangers or Circuit from Power Rangers: Time Force) |

Well, we already have these: Best Male Ranger: Best Female Ranger: Best Ranger with Comedy: Best Leader: Best Intelligent Ranger: Best Supporting Ranger: Best Villain: Best Megazord Combination: Best Morphing Sequence: Best Megazord: Best Movie: (I don't know if we should cut it out guys! No movies were made) Best Supporting Non-Ranger: Personality: (Non-rangers with good personalities) Best Poke Rangers Fanfic of the year Best Mentor: Best Goof: And I read last year's winners, MMPR and Neo are the stories that are actually popular from last year's awards than the others. |
