It can be a hybrid of different ones or an original creation. If you want to make a general, I need one female to balance out the bad guys. So, here's my monster Name: Doc Octillery Description: It's a Chansey with Octillery eyes and has legs that could grab rangers Personality: (I hope this helps too) Well, he gives people large medical bills and kills the paitients. He's very intelligent and will do anything to defeat the Poke Rangers, even if he has to kill one in a hospital. Powers: Armed with a Chainsaw, that could start a Fissure attack, also is armed with a jet gun to shoot Octozookas. Level: Easy-Medium (you decide)
