Ah!" sorry, thought you said Brick Break and Ice Punch, rather than or. And yeah, I'll never be a traditional player. But then a traditional player is boring, as most people end up with the same stategies...my way just goes for the most interesting moves. Indeed, on Battle Revolution where pitiful things like level have no concept, I've got one team that's simply made up ofm pokémon that looked so interesting I wanted to use them, but were too rubbish to have on a D/P team. |

So I'm now training up my ideal, realistic, interesting (to me) team on Diamond. For the first time in any main game, I've ditched my starter, Empoleon! Here's my team. Mr. Mime (I could simply never get rid of it. For a start it's fantastic...), Gallade, then still being trained up, but definite team members, Aerodactyl, Gliscor (I LOVE Gliscor!), Togekiss and Starmie. Tad random, but that's partly why I chose them. So once I've got them all trained up, anyone fancy a wifi battle? |

Nope. I'd get murdered. I haven't played my game in a while and I only have three Pokemon trained up (Espeon, Torterra, and Luxray). Also, they're no good for compettitve battling. |

I currently only have two pokémon trained up, and my entire fighting style is no good for competitive battling. You know those moves that don't do damage? I don't have a single one in my 24-attack move set. |

NICE. I think I might have Swagger. >.> But still, I'm lazy. What levels are yours? Mine are (very low) 70s, more or less, I don't remember much. |

Yes, level 70 is "very low"...Mr. Mime and Gallade are about 81, but the res fmy team are still around the level 50 mark. |

I got my Rayquaza off my Emerald and...it's kind of lame to put anything against it in battle (level 96, WTF?). Other than that my Empoleon is at Level 76, my Staraptor is at Level 97, my Dialga is at Level 63 and the rest isn't trained up. I've been going through the Elite Four with those four and an Experience Share on some random Pokémon I want to hit Level 40 sometime soon. Currently, I'm training an Aerodactyl by Experience Share. I don't EV Train, but I don't like most of my Pokémon to be under Level 40. My next project is leveling up the Level 20 Anorith up to evolving to an Armaldo. I've never had an Armaldo or a Cradily, so those are my two next projects. Five or so times through the Elite Four and Champion later, I'll have them up to evolving. |

No, I mean "very low" as in 70, 71 at best. So it is very low seventies. I've been trying to convince myself to get off my lazy butt and start training the rest of my team (not set in stone, but probably Aerodactyl, Starmie, and maybe Absol), but EVs depress me. The Aerodactyl is level 20ish, the Starmie is nonexistent (not even a Staryu) because I'm too lazy to go get it, and the Absol is kind of annoying because the game refuses to let me breed one with an Adamant nature. Oh well. |

I can't seem to find anything other than the fossil that gives you Cranidos |

You mean fossil wise? Well, obviously you're playing Diamond, and you can't get A Shield Fossil in Diamond. Also, you can't get any old fossils until after the league. What with them not actually being in the sinnoh dex and all. You can still trade them though, which is cool, having pokémon that your pokédex doesn't recognise. Unless you have already defeated the league, but even then they're still rather rare. You have no idea the trouble I went through to get my amber. I mean, the first time something went wrong and they brought back Dark Dactyle... |

So Serebii's confirming that the Sinnoh Dex will have 210 Pokémon in it. They're saying a screenshot shows that Froslass is number 208, and Giratina 210, which is really weird...still, the 210 thing certainly makes sense. Since the original Sinnoh Dex had 151 Pokémon, there are now 59 more spaces. When you add up all the Pokémon not in the Sinnoh Dex, from Magnezone right through to Arceus, as well as the other members of the evolution lines, including all 8 members of Eevee's family, you get 58. Of course, Arceus, Shaymin and Darkrai will almost certainly not be in this Dex (especially considering Arceus technically doesn't exist yet, despite being the Original One :S), leaving a further three spaces open. I think since the Regis in general take more prescendence in this game, the Regi trio might just make an appearance. That'd still leave one spot open, for what I don't know...Torkoal? |

Wow! Serebii's got a truckload of new info...those silohettes? They are Rotom! The only Pokémon now to have more Formes than Rotom is Arceus (not counting Unown)...loads of different appliances, heh. Only it doesn't change the actual type...still, with that kind of stat increase, and movepool increase, something tells me these Formes will all be used a bit more than the normal one...they're practically evolutions... But despite what I've said in "What've you been up to today?", this is still inspiring me for two more Rangers related thingies; first, a return of the Rotom that turned Nanene into the WereAbsol (currently in Whitney's possession, so it would be easy to bring back), and a series where the Rangers powers are actually based on Rotom...heh... This is sweet though, several more fire types now, and those three elusive grass types are now in the Sinnoh Dex! And Absol has an interesting placement...never before has a non-legendary come that close to the end of a regional Dex... The gym updates...Fantina is third! Which is kinda funny, because they're still only just reaching Fantina in Japan...but the changes are interesting. Thanks to the greater roster, not one leader has a Pokémon not of their type any more. This is so awesome... Same thing for the Elite Four; the upgraded Dex makes such an impact that even Flint can have five different fire types from different families! THIS ROCKS!!
