Well, I thought we might as well have something like this, if everyone else is going to do spin-offs. Let's try to make this as detailed as we can, and keep whatever's set here as canon. One post per person, please: anything else can be updated at intervals via edits. Keep the format, too, if you can... it'd be easier to look through everything the way it is... well; I could arrange the Ranger powers to be at the back, but I find it easier to look at things from the short to the long... Instead of just listing some basic details, I think it'd be great if everyone could post a comprehensive list of their likes and dislikes. Obvious ones (being insulted, being forced to do things you dislike) can be excluded, but even the small things (like apples) that you dislike should be included. Remember that others are going to write you, as well, so keep things as detailed (albeit real) as possible. It'd be a nice reference for the other writers, as well. So! I'll start with my own really long list, if only to act as an example. If I think of anything, I'll edit it in here... or I mightn't. Do note that I've elaborated on the capabilities of my Zords and Weapons too, so the old profile on our other forum is no longer as updated. So! He usually sports cargo pants which are a size too large for him, if only because he likes the comfortable feel: it's also because he likes having many large pockets, in which he stores many useless things (e.g. his notepad, pencils and pens, his wallet, rubber bands). There's another reason, but I'm not telling. He has a single pair of shoes, which always looks like it's falling apart: it's mostly covered by the folds of his pants, so he really doesn't have to bother as much with how they look. He has a separate pair of hiking boots which he wears... when he feels like them. Due to the large disparity between the degrees of his eyes, he can choose to wear his glasses or not wear them. He prefers to wear them, but takes them off at home because it's more comfortable not to. Personality: Mild-mannered and easily intimidated by conflicts between people. He's learnt to fight with many different weapons by practicing against his friends, but doesn't actually like actual human-to-human conflict, where things might be serious. When he's thinking about something, he'll become oblivious to everything else to the point of forgetting everything about him. He constantly apologizes for everything, even if it isn't his fault. When he encounters strangers, he's reluctant to approach them: in fact, he'll never speak to them if they don't speak to him first, in which case he'll always answer them. Unless the female in question is a much older or younger person, he'll never be able to look a female in the eye: an irrational fear, given his age, but one which remains with him throughout. He doesn't like being alone: when he was younger he'd walk half the way with people going in the opposite direction as he did if he couldn't find anyone to go home with. When he is alone, he becomes rather unapproachable to strangers, although the appearance of a friend will change things. He enjoys jokes and being random, but will lapse into periods of silence, depending on his mood. His nature and emotions are usually cloaked: it's in the periods of silence that his face is most easily read, and even then it's difficult. Depending on who he's with, he'll change his manner to make the person more comfortable: however, he'll never change himself to something he feels he isn't: he usually makes a compromise within himself, which causes his feelings to become even more convoluted. Practically everyone he knows (even his closest friends) easily believe that he never knows anger or any intense negative emotion at all: most of his acquaintances genuinely believe he's always happy. The few close friends he has can tell the subtle difference between his states of happiness; some of them try too hard, though, and thus can sometimes misread his emotions anyway. While he's generally calm and collected, he loses his cool if pushed excessively: however, this usually requires years of insensitivity which culminates in a single incident, after which he will reciprocate whatever feelings the other person has towards him: at times, the entire outbreak may be put behind: other times, mutual ignorance becomes the norm. Zord: Ralts Attachment: Shield of White: Blanchefleur So named after the character in the Arthurian Romances. Ralts channels the power of Gardevoir, transforming into a white shield which looks like a flower. It is capable of reflecting energy attacks back at an opponent, or storing them to power the Zord. Unfortunately, it isn't very good at blocking physical attacks. Sword of White: Épée Blanc Ralts channels the power of Gallade, metamorphosing into a thin, balanced saber which strikes with incredible speed. Due to the psychic energies channeled about the sword, its blade is invisible to most normal enemies, and it can attack even energy-based beings. Despite its speed, however, it's not incredibly strong, and so uses a flurry of attacks to finish the enemy off. This mode is not available to him until episode 31: Sword and Shield. Individual Weapon: White Psyblades: Espoir/Ręve Twin blades (approximately 50 cm / 1'8") which are projections of his mind. They always take the same form, of two unmarked, shining short swords: it is after he names them that they gain names on their hilts. Because of their relative length, he can only block blows aimed at his torso, and so constantly moves to avoid attacks to his lower body. He fights crouched low to the ground to further prevent any attack from hitting him. Because of his experience in close-quarter combat, he can use the blades both to stab and to slash: he prefers the latter option because it looks cooler, even though it frequently proves less effective. Because the blades are formed from his own (albeit augmented) psychic abilities, they can disappear if he's put under excessive mental duress, or if he's especially tired. They can also be controlled by his psychic ability for short stretches of time. |

She can assemble it quickly as long as she isn't being fired upon (which is why she asks another Ranger to cover her every time she uses this weapon). Aly, there're a few "he"s you've left in... and I resent your copying my profile; it makes me feel dreadfully unspecial =S Especially when people seem to be known for a lot of things I am  You don't eat beef too, though? That's interesting... Still, whateverish. That's interesting enough. And Yankee's born on 2/2, while I'm born on the 22/2. Strange enough =/ Ooh. Also, thanks for reminding me that I reference games and anime both... manga I don't do so much, so it's not something I'm really "known for" =/ ...
