Well what can I say, you all know how fond and protective I am of the English language. I have two major pet peeves; bad spelling and grammar, and finding sockets left on when nothing is plugged in. So insanely annoying. Ooh no wait, a third; standby for electronic equipment. Not to mention that the English language is native to my country...now how many of the rest of you can say that? |

I'm also fond of the straight forward English language, I'm Australian and I'm always writing my fics in English like Psyduck Ranger. |

remembers having to correct Psyduck on so many errors in the past ... But that's not fair, I guess. Your English is definitely much improved now, soyeah =3 A bit rigid at times, if you ask me, but for the most part you've got it. Nya, you've the right to defend the language, I guess, but you might do it more tactfully. Quite honestly, what you're saying does little to ameliorate the problem, soyeah ^-^; |

COUGH!COUGH!
COUGH! Sorry, realized simile doesn't have two E. raises hand: I'm an American so yeah, English is native to my country. Still, I'm not trying to be a jerk about it like some people. |

You'd think after all that's been discussed I'd be annoyed about being corrected. But in fact, you just got me grinning. And, um, actually, English is native to England...it was taken over to America... English might be your native language, but that doesn't mean the language is native to that country...especially when yu're talking about something as far spread as English... That's what I meant... And I do appologise if I'm coming across as a "jerk", it's just that I think that learning any other amount of languages is a rather lame excuse for not being good with your first tongue. And Sentro, yes, of course I have made do make, and always will make mistakes, otherwise I wouldn't be human, but I think it's fair enough to say that my grasping of the language is better than the average person's. Considering a lot of people in my classes use "lol" in spoken language, as though it were actually a word, and most people seem to have never heard of the Shift Key. |

Well, actually, Psyduck, I was referring to a time when you made much the same mistakes as those you now crack down upon. Strangely enough, though, I use loads of internet anachronisms in real life, including (but not limited to): lol, gg, orly, wifom... and stuff. It's become a lingo of sorts, and there probably is a correlation between it and the dearth of writers who can type in grammatically-correct English, I can't deny it the right to exist, either. There's a distinct difference between knowing to use a language and being pedantic about it: I found that out a year or two back; a fact which has meant a significant decrease in the number of indignant responses from hapless badfic writers. And anyway, too much rigidity can kill a language, too: look what happened to traditional Latin. (Of course, rigidity has no bearing here, but what the hey) ... Heh. I only know enough Thai to say hello, ask for the restaurant, order something, ask where the restroom is, and thank them before asking how much it all costs. And enough Korean to say hello, excuse me, goodbye, address the person I'm talking to, ask how much something is, ask where the restroom is, ask for more of something, ask what something is, and thank them for it. Malay I know as a fourth language (together with Japanese), but it's all really touristy or textbookish stuff. ... English really isn't all that complicated, though. Try learning three or four Chinese dialects (traditional Mandarin is what everyone speaks here, then Cantonese comes from my maternal side and Hokkien from my paternal side): like Hindi, there are more dialects than you can count on two hands. |

Wow, I never expected my comic topic to be turned into a conversation about language
Yes, I did realize that Sentro when some idiot decided to flame me on serebii and to tell you the truth he was right. So, in Comic 4, I plan to actually use the normal size. Anyway, I'm still recovering from being sick and yes I am fond of the English language myself. |

Well either way, I suggest we drop the language discussion. All it's doing is getting me into petty, unneccessary arguments, with some of the people I so greatly admire. |

Anyway, I have been working on Comic 4. It should be done soon. Comic 4 is about the weapons, however I am going to make it all Zyurannger-centric in the 2nd half where they get seperated... can't tell the rest. If you want to know, watch Zyuranger Episodes 3 and 4 to see what I mean. |

-shields eyes- Gah, Yankee, is it too much to ask for a comic that won't make me use both my scrollbars? Hey, I can be lazy! That being said, now it's refusing to load...So I can't really say anything else. Stupid computer. |

Should we be expecting something to happen to Jack...? Seriously, if the twist is the Sailor's evil, then it's a pretty bad one, you're making it very obvious that Jack's in some sort of danger with the sailor. If not, then that's just a daft line. And also *CRINGE* Scythmorai and Count Golbat...I'm sorry, but they look terrible. Not to mention the fact that Scythmorai looks nothing like a Scyther, so t makes no sense to use Scyther's overworld sprite. |

Hey, I didn't make it. Ask PokeRanger Seth. He made it!
And no... the sailor was just there for humor. EDIT: Something happens to not also Jack, but Sean and Mika as well while the other two are fighting... You'll see... |
