ok I have read through the data sheets - but wanting to ask you guys who have used the products some simple questions Easy Flo - 60 and 100 are just levels of viscosity right? I tend to like a bit more viscous when slush casting - what are your experiences with it? Easy flow is a 2 parts 1:1 mix. When you order a 10kg pack, is it 10 kg of A and B for a total of 20kg? whats the poly 15 system - aside from being more expensive? I am interested in the 1518 aluminum product, as it sounds like it can be used to make a vac formable buck? If proflex the stuff you guys used for the Dredd pads? what shore strength did you use? Does the product itself SELF SKIN ie a nice smooth superficial layer with fine detail? cheers guys! |

Easi flo 120 is the recommended one for roto casting I think mate but you could slush cast with 60. Same shore just longer cure time I used pro flex 60 for the DREDD stuff and its a solid rubber so hard all through and not like a foam that skins . Not used the other stuff mate but Martin may have
