Made a start on the eagle shoulder bell.

The bottom half seems to mainly bend in one direction, so used some kydex to bend the basic shape.

Added a second skin of kydex to get the lip round the edge

Cut out the eagle detail in layers

I have an idea for the upper rounded half of the bell, so that’ll be the next job.
