Delete the first-most layer in Photoshop, named as 'Background' by default. The white you see should now be checkered to signify transparency. Then save it as PNG. What you have posted shows up as 'transparent' on the Ashyn skin because of the background colour. You must completely remove them pixels using the aforementioned method so that it appears properly transparent on any colour background. Thank you sir. Have a nice day.
