 This thread is for members to share and help each other out with finding shooting stars and the location & time they are going to fall at. This is a great way to train your mining, as once you find the star it's fast and easy xp and you can also get some rewards for collecting star dust. Click here to read about shooting stars The way this will work is a calender will be created for various worlds on Runescape, and a few people will be given access to edit the calenders. The calender should display when the next star is falling, the area it's going to fall in and the world it's on. If you wish to be involved in this (rewards are mining experience and various other cash/item rewards) then send me a private message containing your Google account address (You will need a Google Account to edit the calender), once your email address has been activated i'll send you the link you need to edit the calenders. Any misuse of the calenders will result in your forum account being punished, and also your access to the calenders taken away. When a shooting star is due to land, if you join the clan chat "RSMDB" people can help each other find the exact location of the rock so everyone can get a reward from it. You can find out when a shooting star is due to land by looking through a telescope in your POH. Time is displayed as GMT, the red line indicates the current time (may not always be correct, sometimes out by 1 hour). The mining xp is awesome and rewards are good for the time it takes lol, like 10 minutes or so to find and mine the rock depending on how many people are mining it. Here's my reward from last one, I only got around 70-80 stardust particles so wasn't that great.  The mining boost makes you mine like multiple ores from a single rock for a certain time limit. |

I did one with Nova last night. Took forever since there was only like 5 people on it. I got 200 dust about half way thru and kept mining cause its great exp lol. Dont remember what time it was but it was in the Gnome stronghold. Ill try to look out for more. Unfortunately when i built my house several months ago i pointed my telescope at another wall in my house.... <_< lol |

Eeeekkk Word of advice: try getting 200 stardust before exchanging, since you can only exchange once per day <.< Just dont exchange if you dont have the 200 lol. Wait for another star
