(1) Armoured Zombies : Combat Level - 85 , Hitpoints Level - 85 , Exp to Strength per kill - 340 , Exp to Strength per hour - around 70k Requirements : Defender of Varrock partially completed Location : Chaos Temple Trapdoor in 13 Wild (once in there it isn't considered the Wilderness) Melee Weakness : Salve amulet , Salve amulet (e) Pros : Good amount of exp per hour , medium level monsters , agressive (for a while) , close to a bank (Wilderness Volcano , and Fist of Guthix) Cons : At times can be tightly packed , if you are a low defense level they will hit frequently so you will use more food Guide : Inventory & Armour : ~UNDER CONSTUCTION~ (2) Dagganoth : Combat level - 74-92 , Hitpoints Level - 71-120 , Exp to Strength per kill - 280-480 , Exp to Strength per hour - around 85k Requirements : Horror from the Deep Location : Lighthouse Dungeon Melee Weakness : Slash , Crush Pros : Multi-Combat , agressive , medium level monster with high amount of Hitpoints Cons : Multi-Combat , other people can steal your kills , and if you aren't paying atention you can die Guide : Inventory & Armour : ~UNDER CONSTUCTION~ (3) Monkey Guards : Combat Level - 167 , Hitpoints Level - 130 , Exp to Strength per kill - 520 Exp to Strength per hour - around 95k Requirements : Location : Ape Atoll Temple Melee Weakness : Crush Pros : Heal by 25s , agressive Cons : Can hit up to 18 without prayer , level 1 spiders that poison Guide : Inventory & Armour : Edited by Nfg22, Oct 9 2009, 03:03 AM.

Not really, after 10 minutes they suck. Although you can run up, another person usually takes your spot ;).

Personally i like soul wars. Although in-game is pretty slow, the exp rewards are rly good... If not, then just buy food+pots, and head over to gwd or bandits

GO ****ING BANANAS!!!!! lol jk, but still the monkey guards are actually a good spot, get some prayer bonus gear, a dragon scimitar (or even more better, a godsword) and use protect from melee other training areas would be Bandits (make sure u wear a pray book or god cape), Ankous (Yes, Ankous, as they do give alot of stuff that gives u money in return, however it may be a common training spot for others :/) u could also do slayer for str training if ur willing to train it, its not that bad really :S id suggest u look at good melee spots on the internet, see which one suits u for training.
