Really? You made the update for pure LOOKS? You think the runescape community is full of self-centered people who care about nothing but LOOKS? I'm sorry Jagex, but that is not the case. Anyone who knows proper ethics knows that its what counts on the inside, not the outside. And much less in A GAME... You really think this update was worth the trouble? Just to try and make the game look cooler with higher hits? I'm sorry again Jagex, but this makes everyone at your studio SELF-CENTERED, HYPOCRITICAL, AND GIVING IN TO THE DUMB PLAYERS. I REPEAT: THE PEOPLE AT JAGEX ARE SELF-CENTERED, HYPOCRITICAL, AND GIVING IN TO THE DUMB PLAYERS. I did not repeat that statement for nothing. -My post on RS forums Tell me what you think of what i said.

I mean they are quite large and quite a bit of an eyesore... Another thing I noticed with the log-in lobby was that they have pretty much shoved 5 links to become a member into it, everywhere you look on that page there is a big "Become a Member" sign on it... There is only one cause to this pathetic update, lust for money.

EDIT: Isnt Constitotion (Hope thats the correct pronouciation) a stat commonly used in RPGs? Just because is like that on other mmo's it doesn't mean it should be like that on runescape, the runescape I used to know was original because of a pretty unique and still simple game mechanic, probably one of the closest to the first rpg's that eventually turned into mmorpg's. The answer for this is simple, Jagex is running out of ideas. In fact, runescape was probably the only mmo left with a low rate hp mechanic (1-99), until this date. On a second thought considering the last thing I just said, I'm not quite sure if I like this update anymore, seeing that runescape is starting to lose all the characterstics that used to make it a unique mmo, and just ripping off mechanics from other games shielding with the typical excuse of "hey', most mmo's have a similar thing". I'm guessing that the next thing will be put combat skills as stats that can be boosted, including the "new" Constitution, or why not, let's put shorkeys on runescape and maybe make it an WASD game -.- Quote: jagex proly doesnt think a few of its users/old users play Requiem or also play WoW This couldn't be more truth, is like they ignore the fact that people also play other games, this kind of behaviour insults my intelligence.
