It took me like an hour to get lvl 6, but i had an amazing team. IMO it's more like a minigame/bosshutning extreme than a new skill. and lvl 120? nais life if you get that bro. Jagex DOES have a way of fucking every single thing up. but oh well, gonna stop until faster ways come out. kind of a pointless skill. and i like the new stat layout :P

Another minigame how fun wait, its a skill, LOL.

I think that the lvl 120 is both a joke and a challenge it would be nice to have that for all capes because 13m xp is a challenge but not as big for some skills. this is a bigger challenge but this skill that sounds dumb slow and useless lv120 my ass lol

Anyways doesnt app to me at all never skill anyways only like the new skill levels section you dont have to scroll down, and HOPEFULLY jagex doesnt ruin pking by having to make pkers do that shitty ass skills so we can get the same gear that the wannabe skiller pkers would have lol.

Ah, I don't know what to think of this skill, I guess I should read up on it. from what I've gathered thus far, it seems similar to raiding in WoW... Maybe it's different but to me it seems like the same sort of dynamic. The new items look really cool and I'm glad that its got some FTP elements. I don't think I'm gonna train it for a while, too much reading and it seems like a pain in the ass to train. I wonder how long it will take for someone to get to level 120, Anyone wanna make some bets? :P Is any of the item items trade able?

There is an error with the title, I have appropriately renamed it to:

"Dungeoneering Minigame".

Thanks.

On a more serious note, it's a pretty decent MINIGAME, but not a skill and so far it is extremely slow...

Pretty good update imo, Yeah its a little slow but its fun, Good how you can train most skills at once instead of one at a time. Definately gets faster as you progress through it, 1010 Slow and I were getting 600-700 xp a game at 20. So it does get faster.

You guys suck it's awesome. :(

This is exactly like when slayer was released lol, it was slow, had shitty rewards in the early levels, wasn't linked with anything outside the skill, yet it's now one of the most popular skills. People didn't understand the point of training it, until people started getting mauls/whips etc and making hundreds of millions from them.

It's pretty likely this is going to get future updates related to dungeons where you'll need certain levels to access them. So probably new bosses/training spots with good drops are on their way, which will probably be the main reward from the skill. Like with slayer, those who don't train it based on face value will probably regret it once they start rolling out new areas.

There's loads of puzzles and different bosses that you unlock the higher level you get, there's almost always something new each trip and the xp gets faster (plus you're getting plenty of xp in other skills). It's actually fun to train, you're not just sat watching your character get xp for hours on end.

There's a normal skill cape at 99, the 120 is a true mastery cape with a different trim. I don't see how people see that as bad lol, if you don't wanna go over 99 you still get the skill cape and access to all the skill content (i think, or at least the huge majority of it), 100-120 are basically just there to keep things interesting for people who want to carry on training it. I'd much rather be getting levels after 99 than just xp, level up messages are way better than xp milestones :P

I love it so far, I'll definitely keep training it :P It's fun doing the puzzles, trying to figure out how to kill each boss, upgrading your equipment etc. They've done some cool stuff with the bosses, rather than the usual sit back, attack and eat, you actually have to use strategies for most of them. So that looks promising for future boss monsters too, if they include a variety of the strategies used in the dungeons on a boss with drops.

i agree but in the beginning its slower xp than rc/slayer (idk about higher lvls seems pretty fast as ppl got to 55+ within 24 hours of release) also ppl dont like change on rs!!!!

but it looks more like a minigame than a skill after all!

gl maxing peeps :P

I agree to that 100%

My first impression was just a more comprehensive Stealing Creation, more a minigame involving other skills than a skill itself, but slayer was just like that. And just as they did with summoning, they'll probably add some more things.

And to me, whether you call it a skill or a minigame, it's hella fun, so yeh.

I agree with soso, but I think skill caps should be level 125 (thats 200m exp right?) for all skills
cause now itll be like 99,99,99,99,120,99,99, kinda weird
love the skill though
