3. No name calling. The staff has built this place as a different forum from CTs. We like debates, but we expect members to respect others and their opinions.
4. No sexually explicate material. Keep pictures PG-13. NO nudity!

5. No hate speech. Hate speech is any communication which disparages a person or a group on the basis of some characteristic such as race or sexual orientation
6. Spamming is not allowed, unless you have permission by the staff. advertising another forum advertise here as long as they do it once and with the staff's permission, please don't advertise goods and services.

Failure to adhere to the rules will result in a verbal warning.
Second offense will result in a weeks banning
Third offense you will be banned.

Spamming will result in an immediate banning.

Smoked beef brisket tonight. Been cooking since before 7 am this morning. Should be ready by 7 or 8 tonight. Just checked it and it looking great!

It was tender as can be and moist. We later turned the left overs into a kind of kettle beef, except we obviously didn't slow cook it in the kettle. Good stuff twice!

Smoked fish with cajun seasoning and cajun shrimp scampy last night. Added a little fresh grilled vegetables (yellow and zuchinni squash, tomatoes, onions and asparagus). Side of grilled beans. Put the fish on a bed of rice, added a few shrimp on top of that and topped it all off with my home made alfredo sauce. Added a little toasted french bread.

Everyone must have liked it because we had no left overs.

I've been busy, but missed this one. Sounds good. I'm a little limited by my wife on seafood as she won't eat fish, shrimp, and doesn't much like pasta. Hard girl to please.

Down here in the Lonestar state, I have fallen victim to Tex Mex and Tacos. Fortunately, I am amending my ways, and have lost some of the 20 lbs. I have put on in 7 months. It is different down here.
