Hellraiser IV

I got the Hellraiser series as a kind of Christmas present for myself. Even though this movie is considered one of the weakest in the series, it is still a guilty pleasure of mine.

The Mechanical Universe and Beyond
Episode 37: Electromagnetic Induction.

I absolutely love this series. It is a telecourse produced at CalTech in 1985. It explains many of physics concepts in a manner that is logical and easy-to-understand. I wish that I would have discovered it back when I took physics in University.

Episode 42: The Lorentz Transformation

The more of this series that I watch, the more impressed that I am. This particular episode should be shown in every introductory physics class when they bring up general relativity and its consequences.

Watching Mythbusters again. After that will be some new show called Dangerous Toys. No idea what that's about, but I'll soon find out.

Nova: Life's Greatest Miracle

This is a PBS documentary on embryonic development, pregnancy, and childbirth. I decided to give it a watch before I show it to my students in a few weeks. It looks like it will be a good supplement to my lecture on the reproductive system.
