Here are some excellent maps of Tolkien's Middle-Earth. They aren't the most beautiful maps of that universe, but they are the most descriptive of them all. A good source of inspiration. If you want more maps, they can be found here and here. Some of these maps are non-canonical, so beware.

Quite a few maps. Reminds me of a book I have of Middle Earth Maps I got quite a while back. Neat to look at them at times. Though like the online maps I'm not sure how cannon each map is. |

I think that these maps should be considered canonical. They don't show anything that wasn't in Tolkien's own writings and maps, but they show everything else. That's why I think these are the best maps. All the places mentioned in the Hobbit/LOTR are present here. |
