Ju-on - The Grudge has probably scared me the most, although I recently saw It Follows and that really creeped me out. |

Psycho still does it for me, and Deliverance comes in a close second. Not the movies I'd recommend watching late night and/or alone. |

For me, it's the original Ring from Japan. In fact, I really tend to lean towards J-Horror in general for my scare-fix. |
