How are things going with your tribe?

If the game goes into Survivor mode, where is the voting going, and where do you want it to go?

But what happens if you go into BB and you win HoH, who do you nominate? Out of the entire game?

And it goes to Arena, who do you vote? Someone you could stand to lose, OR do you vote in a strong competitor in hopes they knock a bitch out?

Okay, so about those questions you asked earlier...

My tribe is a little odd. I feel like I'm in a relatively secure position at the moment, but I really did get placed on the mute tribe... well maybe the equal mute tribe along with the blue team. No-one does a lot of talking, even though in theory most of us are active. This is the first game where I've actually PMed every other player on the tribe at the start to try and be in touch with everyone (yeah I know, my social game has sucked at the start of my two previous games but I'm not going to complain about 3rd and 1st), and it took until just before the first challenge for any of those exchanges to start concerning alliances.

At the moment I feel closest to Snake, probably because he's basically a giant penis. Nah, but we have talked the most and I feel I can trust him... mostly. We formed an alliance of five with Fox, Wario and Squirtle, and I had no reason to think we weren't moving forward with this, but then something strange happened after we voted Zelda today. Marth, who I've been talking to a little but no official alliance ever came up, said that he has a strong alliance with Snake and Fox, and because he likes me I should become the fourth member. Umm... k? Of course I agreed but I'm going to have to approach Snake and Fox and see if they're just appeasing him and plan to go with our original five. I don't like things changing without my knowledge like that, because it makes me think given Marth's low level of activity that he's being protected by either Snake or Fox as a member of their four-person secret group. It's going to be hard but I have to try to look out for any signs of who's in each secret group so they can all be dismantled by the latter stages of the game.

What I find really odd about this group is the lack of people trying to make alliances... I've talked to Ness and Kirby a little through PMs but neither has expressed any interest in aligning. I guess they might be trying to form a group that doesn't include me, but I'm clearly one of the more active members of my tribe so far so it just strikes me as strange that it's never come up. And Zelda - she's completely inactive, then shows up in time to win her challenge today, and then disappears again without another word to us. I might have expected a PM or something, but no.

Anyway, to your questions - obviously you saw the votes go towards Zelda today, which is what would have happened in either a Survivor or Arena round. Now if it happens again, Zelda has earned a reprieve and Kirby will be our next target, again probably in either format. There's too much uncertainty about whether we would succeed in the arena to send someone more valuable in at this stage, and we're still a full tribe of nine so the way I see it, we can afford to lose a couple of players.

If we got to make the choices in a BB round, although I'd love to put Meta Knight and Lucario up against each other, it would not benefit us to piss off two teams at once, so we'd probably have to choose two players from the same tribe. Plus then you would just have one team who would use the veto if they won it, unless the winner saw a member of their secret group at risk and wanted to make a really obvious move to try and save someone outside their tribe. My suggestion would be Meta Knight and Link, his post-whore in training. But if anyone suggested one of my secret group, I wouldn't try too hard to fight it, because I don't want to give away who's in mine. I always have options if one of them gets knocked out anyway - in fact if it happens early, I can consider actions to take out the rest in quick succession and get an idol for myself.

To follow up on what I said before, I talked to Fox and Snake and they both said they only 'aligned' with Marth in order to keep him from looking elsewhere for alliances. Fox even described him as creepy like Matt.

This is all a relief because I don't want to have to align with any of these Fire Emblem freaks, they're all so creepy and look the same as each other, it's like the Village of the Damned.

Ew. Except Lyndis is from the same game, right? I can tell you apart, because you have such a kickass ponytail.

So the way I see it, I would have either Marth or Ness go after Kirby does. I think we should cut Zelda some slack for a while, unless she just disappears off the face of the earth again. But if I have my way, which I will because I am G&WIC, our boot list would be:

Kirby
Marth
Ness
Zelda

Then things get slightly trickier. I feel closest to Snake, but I feel like he and Fox have a thing going on which could be stronger than what I have with either of them. So if we actually get down to five I could get Squirtle and Wario on my side to take out Fox and have Snake to myself. Or just look towards going down to two with Wario, because he's funny, which is as good a reason as any to stick with him. Of course our tribe probably won't be going down to two before a swtich-up or a merge, but I do like a good pointless strategy session.

Lyndis has questions for you, Unless you wanna take Meta Knight's and use them here. Some people are doing that. <_<

So, How did it feel to final go to TC?

Seeing your desired boot list here, is that still the same or has anything changed? Is Marth still who you want gone, and is anyone else up for that?

I noticed you guys are pretty much openly working with Blue somewhat based on your thread tonight during the challenge, is this something you guys are going to continue going with?

Who do you put up if you get HoH?

Ugh screw Meta Knight and his questions, I don't want to give him the subliminal sense of satisfaction by answering his.

It felt fine to go to TC, really. Our tribe has enough inactives that we can afford to lose a couple along the way. I kind of wish the people in my tribe had used their heads in that challenge and pulled three blocks when I suggested it though, because pulling only one was just asking to be the first team booted.

I don't know if we'll be going with my desired boot list, because while I would like Marth out next, at least he's actually showing up to play. I don't get Zelda at all - she seems completely inactive, and then she shows up for an arena battle she wins. You would think she would take the good will generated towards her for that and run with it, but instead she disappears. I know she says she has real life stuff to deal with... but how long does it take to send a few PMs? We all have lives outside the game. If she still hasn't shown up and said anything to anyone by tomorrow, she'll probably be the next person we vote out, or into the arena again, whatever.

The way I see our relationship with the blue team is, we owe them for saving us in the first round but they don't owe us anything any more. I'd honestly be surprised if they saved us again should they win another challenge, because they can reap more favours from the other teams by saving one of them instead. Clearly some of the people on my team see things differently, but Peach obviously didn't try to help us at all in the challenge today. It's quite possible that Peach is just a moron because she screwed herself over as quickly as she screwed us over, but she had no real reason to help us short of us returning the favour from the first round should we win. The only thing that will really force our teams to work together is if it becomes apparent that green and yellow plan to continue saving each other - it seems they might at the moment, but you can never really be sure.

And if we win HoH, I'm hoping we would put up Meta Knight and Diddy Kong. Then if one of them was saved by the POV, I would want to put up Link as a replacement nominee. From an outsider's perspective, they seem to be quite secure on their tribe so it would be good to weaken them as much as possible.

What do you think about Zelda's mutinying? Did anyone see it coming?

Do you think she is Tira2.0?

Who's on the chopping block if you guys go to TC now that Zelda is gone?

What I think about Zelda's mutinying is basically summed up in the Cunts I Hate thread... I mean, I understand why she did it, but the way she went about it just reinforces the image that she is completely socially retarded. I think we probably all expected her to mutiny to an extent, because not many people would put up with being essentially voted out twice. But at the very least, I'm glad that she chose the Dragoon tribe to join up with. I don't want them to be an even more dominant force than they already are, so hopefully she'll just continue no-showing the immunity challenges. But if her tribe keeps winning and she has any say at all in who they save, at least it gives us a slightly higher chance of being the ones to benefit, because she didn't exactly leave on bad terms with us.

It remains to be seen whether she's Tira 2.0. I mean, Yoshi was very close to beating her in the first challenge, and her last challenge was luck-based, while Tira almost always dominated each of her challenges. And Tira could always rely on her abilities to save her if her persuasive skills couldn't - Zelda has no persuasive skills and if the Dragoon tribe has to vote someone out in a Survivor round, I would not be at all surprised to see her go out first thing.

I have a really uneasy feeling about the next vote, because someone's lying to me and I fear they're going to try something of a coup if we lose again. My plans would see Ness leaving next, but I have to just keep talking to everyone and hope that at least three of the others have my back and are voting how they say they are. Funnily enough, after all my complaining about him, I trust Marth, and I feel like Wario's telling me the truth too. The rest are somewhat of a gray area, but it would just take one more voting for Ness to make it happen, and everyone who has got back to me so far has been reassuring me they're with me. Of course they could all be lying but I can't be going on a witch hunt because it would just make me look like a neurotic control-freak. That's an aspect of my personality I try my best to hide for as long as possible. ^_^ So I'm just hoping for the best, but I'll certainly be on the lookout for any more signs that something is up.

Questions!

Last night was pretty epic, you keeping the majority of your tribe safe, was epic! Good job. :pwub

How are things going now gamewise? Your tribe thinks you're a hero for helping saving them, how does that feel?

Is Wario still on the table to go in a Survivor round TC?

Who would you want up in a BB situation?

I guess it was pretty epic, but at the same time, I kept thinking maybe I'm turning myself into too big a target by showing I can have that kind of influence. Anyone who's able to sway the vote will inevitably be seen as a threat so perhaps I should have tried to minimise my role in that... well I say I should have tried, in fact I did but then Snake blurted out that I was the one talking to Jiggly in the Saturn forum so I could hardly keep it a secret after that. So I hope my tribe is grateful enough to me to realise I'd be an asset to us at the merge, rather than try to switch things up on me and take me out as a threat before I get there.

I don't know if my tribe thinks of me as a 'hero'. Maybe if I'd managed to avoid getting Fox and Ness nominated in the first place but I was too slow in getting my message to Jiggly. Like I said, it could really go either way at this point, and what I did could help solidify me as a solid ally or make me too much of a threat to keep around. At the moment I'm cautiously optimistic and still think Wario will be the next boot if we have a Survivor vote-off. I'm certainly feeling a lot better than I was about my position a couple of rounds ago when I was all freaked out about the second vote for me when Zelda left. The last round was a welcome reminder that I can get things to go my way when I want them to, so I hope the remaining rounds before the merge keep going this well.

I'm still in a slight state of disbelief that we all managed to survive a BB round we didn't win though, Jiggly winning was just the most perfect thing that could have happened. It's brought up other targets outside red and while I still don't think we'd be safe if we don't pull the next BB round ourselves, there may be higher priorities than weakening us. It's pretty hot knowing that we've managed to become the tribe with the greatest numbers, seven original reds and six still remaining. :rwub

And I honestly do not know what I would do if I won a Big Brother round. So it's a good thing my connection keeps shitting itself in the challenges. Ugh, I've spent over a week now on barely anything more than dial-up speed, it's so painful. I think I might have done alright in the veto challenge today if it hadn't been for having to reload the page about five times to get all the images to load fully before I could start. In the extremely unlikely case I did win though, I might make an attack on green. Maybe Lucario vs. Samus and Wolf vs. Dedede, in the hopes that Lucario and Wolf go out.

Congrats again on you and your tribe suriving an insane BB round in this game! <3

How do you feel about finding out half of your tribe had immunity idols?

Do you think it's a blessing to you and a curse to them that their idols and secret groups are out to the whole game now?

What are your thoughts about everything that was outted last night?

Honestly, I felt relieved to find out half my group had idols because it explained so much about the troubles I had been having on this tribe. I couldn't figure out why so many people seemed to be protecting Ness - at this stage Ness hadn't established himself as much better in the challenges than Wario, but Wario's been no-showing a lot lately, seemingly because he's on the outs - but now it all makes sense. And it also leaves my closest ally, Snakegoddess, with an idol he can use to get us further in the game (I really must start that Cunts I Love thread just for Snake alone, we're reaching almost a Raphael + Ivy level of closeness, but without all the hot sex... I wouldn't mind some hot Snake sex though).

I do basically feel how you said - it's a blessing to me and a curse to them that their idols and group have been outed, because now they're all the biggest targets at the merge. But we have plans to build an alliance of three secret groups, the one I outlined to Jiggly a little while ago, and if that really does happen they'll have safety in numbers for a little while. The real blessing for me is that I have the opportunity to enter an alliance where I'll be seen as one of the least-threatening, and will have a lot of room to manoeuvre within the merged tribe to remove the possibility of any more secret group benefits coming into play, while still staying in the majority. And I have Snake by my side telling me that ultimately his loyalties are with me - I never want to trust people too much when he could still be thinking about how to get his secret group to the end, but right now I do believe that he would break them up to help me go further. He's even been suggesting ways we can do it through PM, so I feel like he's genuine.

So overall, I'm just feeling a lot more relaxed about my position in the game - I feel like Wario has to be the next boot from red if we lose the final pre-merge challenge, and from there a lot of new opportunities are going to open up. I'm definitely going to be trying to come off as sociable as possible when we're all able to communicate with each other - I was a bit closed-off in NBC because most of the villains were just no fun to talk to, but this game is turning out to be a lot more fun any way you look at it. I'll be keeping all my options open but I feel like I'm in a decent position right now to go far.

I'm glad you're having fun!! Not going to lie, you sound like you're in a very good place right now. But just as a warning, Dedede's confessional sounded very similar to yours last night before he went. Anything can happen here so don't get toooo comfortable little black man.

Good luck tonight!! Amazing update as usual.

Oh yeah, well of course I know things can go horribly wrong at the drop of a hat. I always try to be at least a little paranoid so I can try to catch anything funny going on before it happens, but if the last round tonight is Survivor like I'm expecting, I don't think I have a lot to worry about.

Congrats again so so much on making the merge! :pwub This game has been insane, and to see virtually your entire tribe make it here is plain amazing and crazy. ^_^

So what happens now?

Are Reds sticking together until the end?

What are your thoughts on the new people to talk to? Any faves/hated yet?

What's the plan for Sunday night, in an Arena/BB/Survivor situation, what do you want happening?

Any new alliances/allies in the works?
