Anybody else going to this??? Wicked day, getting pricey, but still worth every penny. Been for the last 4 years running. I will be there Sunday, booked my ticket last night, hopefully will be better weather than last year! Started to resemble Glastonbury for the mud last year. Goodwood FOS |

Seriously, don't let the price put you off. There isn't another show in the world like it. Every year there are the most amazing and rare cars on display and driving up the hill, both new and old. Along with many celebrities and famous racing drivers for you to literally rub shoulders with. Last year saw Hamilton, McCrae (RIP), Jackie Stewart, Damon Hill, Stirling Moss and many others including, Jay Kay and Rolf Harris and his missus! And by "saw" i mean literally walked passed them in the crowds. Not to mention the cars, Veyron, Ferrari P4/5 (only one in exsistance and i chatted to the owner!!!), Ford GT40's, super rare exotic cars, motor bikes of many various different types (Foggy, Doohan and Lampkin will all be there this year), plus the airshow, red arrows the last few years and i think the airbus A380 will be doing a low fly over this year. Amazing day, infact too much to see all in one day, wish i could afford the weekend pass to be honest! With your photography skills you would have an brilliant day Loopy! |
