Argh. Snapped bearing cap stud!; Mk1 Golf

While putting the engine back together after fitting new valve stem seals I snapped one of the bearing cap studs!

I think I need a lower range torque wrench as 20nm was almost the lowest it went.

Luckily I could remove the stud.

Where can I get another one from?
