Am I right that the later ('87) cabriolet rear beam etc will be a straight swap for an '83 mk1. Think it's just a rear drum job. Cheers in advance |

Yes, also mk2 scirocco will go straight on. Sciroccos often specced with juicy anti roll bars too

yep will fit straight in.. i fitted a lovlly big antiroll bar to the jetta thursday, and what a difference.. |

Yeah, arb and strut braces make huge difference on mk1s. The shells and front wishbone mounts are so flimsy lol |

The problem is my roll bar bracket is totally shot and I can't find one cheap. Thinking of just replacing the whole lot from a lesser mileage breaker |
