Right 1.8 driver '91 Temp gauge sits at quarter?? 3 sensors in the engine red, grey and brown. Swapped the red and grey ones makes no difference?? Wat do they do?? |

They are used as part of the carb. Cant remember what exactly but have come across it trying to resolveissues with my 2e2 |

Found it The grey sender controlls the autochoke, the red controls the inlet manifold preheater |

Nice one so its the black/brown one underneath that does the gauge. Is it worth unplugging the carb ones as its running a weber and the engine idle seemed to pick up wen I un plugged it. Dropped when I plugged in like turning lights on? |
