Evening all, Got a problem with the other halfs car, the battery light came on the other day so she drove it home, I went to have a look assuming I was the battery and its holding 12 volts, which I know is on the low side. Anyway it cranks fine and starts, but the voltage then drops considerably and the car shuts off, but after this, left for a hour the volts climb back from 6v ish up to 12v... I'm guessing alternator? What are your thoughts Thanks |
