I was going to go with carlos spicy weiner, but I ended up going with Cormac. (Fun fact, Cormac isn't my realy name is is commonly assumed)

I always try to come up with with a clever name... and fail, i just play with my real name plus, Juan Cousland... has a nice ring to it doesn´t it?

I usually use Cormac or Parmenion or Demetrius. All names taken from books. Though one was also a major historical figure. Anyone that can tell me which one that is gets 5 Cormac nom points.

Ding ding ding, we have a winner.

He was the primary military advisor to both Philip of Macedonia and Alexander the Great until, in his paranoia towards the end of his life, Alexander had him assassinated along with his sons who were also high ranking officers in the army. He led the revolution in Thebes against the Spartans, created the sacred band and is rumored to have been the father of Alexander aswell as his war tutor.

Yeah, you were able to remember Parmenion was a Macedonian general of some kind.

I read the first book in Bartimaeus' set. It was good, I iked the take on magic in it.
