You have a right to pry into someones conversation in real life too. Do they enjoy it.

 Guys...clearly people aren't getting this.
This is meant as a shock joke topic. No one wants children to die of cancer. No one believes that they deserve it. The exaggeration is meant to bring humor. It never ceases to amaze me that people feel like they need to tell everyone they are offended. To be honest, if you don't get the joke, just don't continue. If you are offended by it, let it go. Some people are not offended by these things. Maybe because they are numb to it...maybe because it has not directly impacted them...maybe any number of reasons as to why they can see humor in something like this.

"What insensitive asshole could possibly find this funny?" The kind that realizes that it's not meant to be taken seriously and only meant as satire. "How can you possibly joke about something like this?!" Again, it's that same situation. Some people will get the 'shock' joke...others will be offended. If you're offended by it, you don't need to state your opinion. You don't need to state how evil everyone is. Just let it go.

I find it very similar to people who want to 'ban tv shows' or 'censor the radio.' If you don't like what you hear (read in this case) ...stop and move on. If you feel the topic has gone too far and is offensive...stop reading and leave it alone. you don't need to rant how this topic is in poor taste, you don't need to go on about why your opinion is correct...just stop reading and move on.

If they are yelling it in front of me, and I feel the need to comment, I will. Otherwise, no. Can't compare reading a forum to eavesdropping on people in real life.
