Thanks :)
It's the Swedish millitary though, so the risk of being of being sent abroad is negliable unless I actively apply for it.

I'm dead tired of studies.
So, I'm going to take a break from them and join the millitary this spring, just to try something completely different and see how I feel about it. We'll see how that goes.
Now on the 9th this month I'll go up to Stockholm, we're they'll check me out to know for sure I'm not retarded, crazy, bloodthirsty, weak or racist.

I'm sure they will make man out of me.
Unless the rage of war gets me first.
Best of luck Saecii! Stay safe, okay?

Is this "Lumpen" we're talking about, or actually joining the actual military force?

Thought you could do it whenever. I really have no idea how this whole thing works, since I didn't do it.

I could bombard you with platitudes if you want, Chris. Showing up is half the battle; there are no stupid questions; stay away from office politics, etc.. I could think of more if my cat wasn't headbutting my neck, head, and shoulders. Augh.

It's just the usual nervousness I'm sure everyone goes through, it's human nature to be anxious about these kinds of things. Thank's for the advice though Wry, coming from a small company to a larger one I have to adjust.

Be sure to bring a gun in with you to help your confidence. When I get nervous I just wave it around and say "everyone get on the ground!" Always gets their attention and, most importantly, respect.

I'm alive don't worry. It went well, it's basically what I did before but one step up the ladder. It's going to take some time to adjust, learn new things about what I do and learn protocol, but I'll figure it out in due time. I was feeling Man, let me tell you, New York City is freaking crazy. The trains out of NYC on the way home have got to be the angriest bunch of working class people I've ever seen. I'm talking full on, people cursing other people out, no seats available, packed like sardines train. Just today some dude was yelling at a lady "F**k you, what are you an intern?" to which the lady replied: "F**k you go drink some more a**hole." All in the middle of a packed train which prompted some other dude to step up and threaten to fight the are you an intern guy. I'm not exaggerating either, I don't know if I've ever really seen total strangers curse each other out like that.

CRRAZZZZY. Oh and there's this dude that chants this doomsday chant outside of the train station every time I'm walking there after work. It's so unsettling I mean what the hell? New York, I'm working there two days and I've got like ten stories already
