On the topic of Hamatora, did you by chance notice the Wolverine and Naruto references in episode 11? When Moral was talking about the kids and they showed the group he went to, one of them looked exactly like Naruto. He even had the whiskers and an orange undershirt. Also, one teen that tried to attack Murasaki from behind had short, messy brown hair and claws coming out of his hand that looked just like Wolverine.

I did notice the Naruto one, but seems like I missed the Wolverine one, though. Then again, I rarely pick up on these sort of things...

I initially missed the Naruto reference myself, until a person on MAL pointed it out and I went back to see for myself.

Missed the Wolverine one as well, but considering the paralells to X-men, I wouldn't be surprised.

I was about to go to sleep, then I had that song stuck in my head.

Which reminded me...

I still haven't finished that. So I'm thinking of finishing it after Monogatari. Problem is that I kinda forgot a lot about it so I'm probably going to have to rewatch it from the beginning and well, the beginning is kinda meh to be honest, at least the first three episodes. And I'm way too lazy to sit through an hour of boring stuff.

Then I thought Dave is a fagget, but he's an okay guy sometimes.

So you better stream it at some point, fagget. Cause I don't feel like rewatching it alone.

Also feeling like rewatching Madoka. Might tackle the movies as well since that last one is almost out. But I'm probably going to wait until I'm done with all the shows of that season, which isn't a lot, mainly Log Horizon, maybe check out Mikakunin de Shinkoukei real quick and that's about it since I decided to drop Golden Time and I don't have much interest for the other shows, so they can wait.

So the order of watching would be :

Last arc of Monogatari
Log Horizon
Mikakunin de Shinkoukei

edit : actually I might finish some other stuff before Madoka, like Zakuro, Canaan and Guilty Crown.

Madoka + movies

And Shinsekai Yori somewhere in there whenever fagget streams it if he does at all.

edit again : apparently there's an English dub of Toradora coming out this summer. Thought you guys might want to know.

Outside of some anime (DB, DBZ, Ranma, and Vandread), I'm getting to the point where most dubbed anime is just not that good, in that the voices just don't mesh with the characters.

Ranma is one of the few I can watch either dubbed or subbed without much issue.

I have to agree on that. The only dub that I really liked was Death Note, mostly thanks to the English VA of L, he did a pretty great job.

The only dubs I can stand are Code Geass and Yu Yu Hakusho at this point. Everything else must be subbed for me.

If you end up liking Clannad, you should check out the other Key visual novels turned anime. Little Busters in particular I can say was really good.

Black Lagoon's dub was legit.
It was, especially the second season (cuz it takes place in actual Japan, so they speak a ton of different languages and all).

Also, started watching Hyouka.

Thx Zyan.

If there is a dub available for a show, I'll check it out, but most of the time all the shows I watch are subbed anyway so it's usually moot.

I don't mind either way, I just have to pay more attention if it's subbed, can't play guitar or w.e.
