Heeey, the main reason I liked Black Bullet in the first place is back. Yaaaay main antagonist!

Still, seems like they finally decided what they wanted to do with the show and it's going in a decent direction. We'll see how the last two episodes finish out.

Surprised this hasn't been posted, but that last episode of Chaika, damn. Things REALLY got dark. I was expecting the soldiers to be the village women mind-controlled, but holy shit.

Just finished Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou. A good light hearted series. Some serious moments, but they didn't really drag it down. I enjoyed it quite a bit with all the comedy in it. I give it a 8/10.

Kanojo ga Flag wo Oraretara just pulled a huge twist, no spoilers, but it does explain a few things at least. 1 more episode by the looks of it.

Care to share, for someone who doesn't have any intention of picking it up again?

Also, they've now included both of my favorite songs from the Kagerou Project in Mekakucity Actors, and I was actually really surprised that they used IA's version for Otsukimi Recital (guess they didn't want Momo's VA to sing two songs). Still tho, only one episode to go, and they have a ton of stuff to explain to tie into this episode, so there's no way they'll wrap the story up in one episode (I actually don't think they're even close to the end of the actual story), so SEASON 2 HYPE!

Dropped M3 after 3 episodes. Unfortunately, it fell short pretty quickly in my opinion. It had a pretty cool premise (with the darkness and all), but there are so many things that I just can't stand in this, especially the characters. The majority of the characters annoy me to no end, and there's no way I'll sit through that just to see if they'll maybe do something really cool with the premise (then again, it's also rated below 7, so I guess it didn't).

Put Gochuumon on hold. At this point, I just don't feel like this is something I want to spend my time watching, but at the same time, I think it was really cute and funny, so I also don't want to drop it, so I've ended up putting this on hold indefinitely, and I might pick it up some rainy day when I just want something feel-good.

You'd have to watch it for it to make more sense. I've been watching it every week and I was saying "What?" quite a bit the last couple of episodes.

Ryuugajou Nanana no Maizoukin - Final Impressions - (7/10):
I liked this, but at the same time I think it could've been a lot better. I thought this was a pretty good example of a show that doesn't really know what it wants to be, and so the focus becomes split, and the quality sort of drops overall. I mean, the whole part in the middle about Juugo's backstory and all of that seemed to have no real purpose in the grand scheme of things, and basically just served to introduce some of the other characters, I guess, as well as providing some justification for some of his actions.

Because of all of this, the ruins and Nanana's story were also put to the sideline, which was a really bad move, in my opinion. Now we'll have to wait for an entire new season to actually see some progress on the actual story, which is just dumb.

Agreed. It was a good start, but then exposition took over for the "meat" of the series. Still good, but could have been done much better as an action adventure series first and foremost over a drama.

Speaking of action/adenture series, the new Legend of Korra series begins Friday night with an hour and a half premiere. Just a heads up. Several previews have also been released, but I don't advise reading comments for fear of spoilers.

No Game No Life - Final Impressions - (9/10):
Anime of the season right here, no doubt about it. The writing was pretty superb overall (even though it had a few moments near the end which were a bit "ok, sure, I'll let that slide"), and a lot of the time it reminded me of what it's like watching something like Sherlock, what with just how thought out everything was, from their actions to even the things they said. The characters were also all pretty great, in my opinion, which at the same time added a lot to the comedy. I think they developed the characters in a very good way, as well (Zell being a great example of this).

All in all, by far the best thing I've watched this season (and possibly even better than most things from the most recent seasons), and I want my season 2 now!

It was very good, and left on a hell of a cliff hanger! Hope to see a 2nd season soon!

Hitsugi no Chaika just ended, on a rather dramatic episode, with an interesting twist too! It had good comedy, but some parts did leave you scratching your head. I give it a 8/10. Enjoyable, plenty of action, some comedy, a bit of romance, and the last few episodes, some creepy stuff (like a deranged 12 year old serial killer of women in charge of a flying fortress). All in all, I liked it. Still didn't explain the whole speech pattern thing, but it seems to give you a clue in the last couple of episodes.

Well, Mekakucity Actors ending was anticlimactic.
