Huh, somehow completely missed F/SN remake (damn Taiga). As for Chaika... Well, I didn't even finish s1 (yet), so I guess I'll have to wait and see about that...

Hitsugi no Chaika is a definite for me (it got pretty dark the last couple of episodes).
Nanatsu no Taizai? Yes please. BIG fan of the manga.
Maddan no Ou Vanadis I'll check out. Read the manga until they stopped uploading it. Pretty interesting.
Denki gai no honya-san looks to be like Working, so I'll check it out.

A few others I may check out, but those 4 really stand out to me.

For Nanatsu no Taizai, it's a European fantasy setting, with demons, immortals, giants, and talking pigs. Has good humor, action, characters, and storyline.

In other news, Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun and Sabagebu are definitely entertaining! Nozaki-kun takes typical shounen stories and turns them on their heads, while Sabagebu gives you a different look into an All-Girls school setting (which tend to either go yuri/drama or harem/romcom) with hilarious results!

The two shows that I'm most hyped about is Chaika season 2 and Fate/Stay Night. Aside from them the shows I'm definitely watching are:
Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha de Aru: What can I say, I'm a sucker for slice of life shows.

Terra Formars: Seems like the action elements will be worth watching. As for the story, since it seems to be more along the lines of seinen instead of show, it could be interesting.

Inou-Battle: I'll definitely check out something made by Trigger.

Parasyte: The preview just looks cool.

Grisaia no Kajitsu: Like Savepoints said, seems like typical harem at first but there could be more to it due to the psychological tag.

Akatsuki no Yona: I like the art style and the story has some potential.

Ore, Twin Tails: It sounds like it has potential to be an entertaining, cheesy action show. Also, I kinda like the idea of a guy who transforms into a magical girl.

Trinity Seven: Post apocalyptic settings always interest me. Though the ecchi tag is worrisome.

Parasyte's going to be very interesting. How many episodes do you think they'll get out of the manga?

Well, there's ten volumes to the manga and the usual formula is 1 volume = 1 episode. However, they could add some filler to get it to be a full 12 episode season.

I think a big part of it kinda comes down to how seriously they take themselves. I mean, there's a similar concept (but in a really comedic manner) in Kore wa Zombie, which imo was pretty hilarious, but I doubt they'll go to that length when it comes to not taking themselves seriously. I guess we'll simply have to see...

Actually, originally kinda wanted to watch this, cuz it sounded interesting, but the ecchi tag, along with the fact that it's most likely going to be harem-focused makes it kinda... meh...

The preview video for Twin Tail seems about as serious as the typical Saturday morning cartoon or Power Rangers. Here's the video if you haven't seen it yet: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dDF_CbsPX6g

HOLY FUCK THAT ALDNOAH.ZERO CLIFFHANGER WHAT THE FUCK
HOLY SHIIIIT! I mean, WHAT!?

Seriously, this actually kinda had me in shock, what with how it happened, and that it actually happened. How are they even going to deal with this?! Saturday can't come soon enough, really!

At the same time, I think this episode was really good overall, and not just because of that ending. It has a ton of character development, and I think Marito's flashback was one of the most powerful things I've seen this season. Seeing how quite a few shows this season try to deal with PTSD, there's no denying Aldnoah is the one which portrays it the best, imo.

(Score just went from 8 to 9, btw)

Also, Aldnoah.Zero confirmed to be either 2cour or have a season 2. Meaning at least 24 episodes overall.

Wasn't that announced a while ago? or was it just rumored at that point, maybe? Either way, I'm glad.

Well, I can kinda see how you'd see that coming, but I think the thing is that if you don't think about the fact that this is an Urobuchi work, you still don't really expect to see stuff like that a lot of the time.

Turned out to be more of a rant on Rayet

So, Hiroaki Yura (producer of Under the Dog) did an AMA earlier, but it got removed, for some reason. You can still read all the comments and answers, though.

http://www.reddit.com/r/IAmA/comments/2ff3qs/i_am_hiroaki_yura_producer_of_anime_such_as_under/

The funds increased quite a bit the few hours the AMA was up, and hopefully the the last 74k can be raised in the remaining 3 days. If not, I think there's an answer somewhere that says they DO have offers from other places for funding, but the downside to this is the same limit put on them that they're more or less trying to avoid with not funding through a committee.

Hello UnderTheDogPR! Your submission was removed from IAmA because AMA submissions that include crowd funding campaign links must be eligible for an AMA without the campaign for them to be allowed. Additionally, the focus of the AMA must not be the campaign.

Source.

tl;dr - the usual dumbass moderation.

And yeah, he mentions they already have funding offers which they will turn to if the campaign is unsuccessful as it would mean giving away a bit of their creative liberty.

It sucks it got removed, it was pretty interesting. Here's hoping he does another one on /r/anime if he's got the time, which I believe he mentions he might do somewhere in the AMA.
