Well, that ending to Grisaia no Kajitsu was depressing.
Wow, I was thinking that entire episode was kinda down (at least we're getting places now!), but holy shit that ending was actually really sad...

Hori-san to Miyamura-kun FINALY got a second episode, I've been waiting for ages, i absolutely love it. The art the mood the pace everything is nice, if i'm to complain about anything it would be the pacing, it can feel a bit of at very few point.

I was actually thinking about watching this, but then I could only find it in 360p, so I didn't... Instead, I watched the Saint Onii-san movie.

I had seen some scenes from this earlier, and it seemed hilarious, so I thought why not? Well, turns out the scenes I'd seen were pretty much the only hilarious ones... The rest of the scenes were more like "heh" or just "I understood that reference" (lots of references to western culture). So yea, not as good as I'd hoped, but I give it a 7/10.

I missed this series earlier until I saw you guys posting about it. Looks pretty interesting and I'll give it a shot.

Okay, watched both episodes 1 and 2. Really like the characters and story, just not a big fan of the art style. But overall, I like it.

Akatsuki no Yona - Episode 3 Impressions - (7/10):
This is really starting to shape up, I think. It still has some of the minor problems from episode 1, but most of it is definitely going in a better direction, so to speak. Even though it is a shoujo, it doesn't seem to share a lot of tropes common to that genre (not actually a genre, but you know what I mean), except for the fact that the appearance of all the males is all swoon-y. As for now, I'm just hoping they don't drag the whole "Yona is sad and can't cope with what's happening" thing out too much. Also, to be honest, episode 3 was kinda all over the place with all those flashbacks... They should try to cut down on those.

Yeah, the flashbacks are getting to be a pain, but otherwise, I'm intrigued of where this is heading.

In other news, for the latest Hitsugi no Chaika episode, that was a HELL of a plot twist! Did not see that explanation of the Chaika's coming! Yet, it still leaves some major questions (though I have my own opinions on them) about a certain character.

Psycho Pass 2 - Episode 3 Impressions - (8/10):
I'd say this is progressing pretty well. Even though the premise for this season is basically exactly that of the previous one (but with things happening in a different way), the mystery around it seems to be completely different, and Kamui has totally different motivations. I still doubt he'll be as good of a villain as Makishima, but he's working on it, for sure. Then we have the case of the new inspector. I mean, just god damn, I haven't hated someone in a series this much for a really, really long time, so kudos on that, for making such a hateable character. At this point, I'm hoping they don't make the story even more like the first season, and and the fewer episodes won't result in a rushed ending, because that would really suck.

Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha de Aru - First Impressions - (7/10):
So, what I initially thought would be a SOL with a small twist, is actually a full-on magical girl series... Nice. I'm not expecting this to be very dark at all, but hopefully it will do well despite that. First episode was pretty packed, and while we didn't get much explanation for stuff, we got to see 3 out of 4 transformations, and I gotta say that the ones we saw look really cool, so that's a big plus. Also, this is like the first time I've seen a disabled person be part of the "main" cast, I think (there was Ayase in GC, but she's not nearly as much of a main character as Togo is).
---------------------------------

Nanatsu no Taizai - Episode 3 Impressions - (8/10):
They've been sticking to what was awesome and funny in the first episode, so I think this will be a good one. Most of the jokes are kinda physical and/or pervy, but I kinda don't mind in this case, cuz it's just so casual all the time. I still really want to see one of the major fights tho (we got one in ep 3, but feels like one party held back a bit), so that's all I'm hoping for at this point, honestly.
---------------------------------

Also dropped Donten ni Warau, cuz I have no interest in even giving it 3 episodes.

Denki-gai no Honya-san - Dropped @ Episode 3 - (6/10):
So like, despite what I said in my first impression, I don't think this show is for me. In my opinion, there are so many better comedy series to watch, rather than something that's kinda only funny now and then. In fact, a lot of episode 2 was just kind of annoying, I think. So yea, it's not exactly bad in any way, but it's not for me, I'd say.

I feel the same way about Denki-Gai. Didn't really hate it but I didn't like it either and most of the jokes fell flat in my opinion, especially in that second episode.

Since Zyan refuses to be online on steam when I need him to be, just gonna post my question here.

Did I miss something, or what's up with Saber not being able to dematerialize? Like, I guess we never saw her do that in F/Z either, but what's the reason? Is it some sort of drawback to the Saber class, or what?
