That game between the Ravens and Chargers was amazing. I wish The Ravens' offense always played like they did in the fourth quarter and overtime of that game. Also, Ray Rice converting a 4 and 29 after having the ball dumped off to him, that was one of the most amazing plays I've ever seen.

Its not fair. It seems like every team has had at least one "elite" quarter back, yet the jets haven't had anything close in 40 or so years.

The Mark Sanchez "era" is over in New York. He's done, he'll probably be shipped somewhere else, and I hope the guy does well so this organization looks like the absolute joke it is. Rex Ryan is a defensive coordinator masquerading as a head coach, he's the worst possible guy to be around the development of a quarterback.

I'm not saying Sanchez could have been great, but he could have been good if they surrounded him with decent talent, and didn't have a mongo of a head coach focused solely on defense. I'm tired of Rex, I'm tired of him coming out and saying "I thought the defense did great" first above all else.

Its not about defense, its about the quarterback. The Jets don't have one, this season's a wash, the teams a joke, the franchise is a joke, and the teams I hate will be rolling right into the post season as usual- without a hitch.

Nothing ever changes. Its maddening.

If the Jets are smart, they'd fire the coaching staff and then try to trade the 49ers for Smith in the offseason.

I'm thinking that's the way to go, or see if they can get Matt Flynn, or maybe even draft one if they finish low enough.

Truthfully, I'm happy they moved up and drafted Sanchez 5th overall. They took a chance on a first round QB, it didn't work out, but they had a legitimate shot at making the superbowl, a few more bounces go their way, and maybe they're in the big game.

Now its time to start over, but they have to do it better this time. They need wide receivers with a second gear who can beat a variety of coverages, they need a dynamic running game with a legitimate dump-off threat.

All of those things will help whoever the hell is going to take snaps from under center next season. Obviously they can't address all of those things in one off season, but this offense needs a major re-tooling, starting with picking a legitimate playmaker in the first round, preferably a wide receiver.

I'm still not getting over how the Browns owned the Steelers. After all this time.

Thank gawd.

Granted, their defense still sucks. And their offense still sucks. They still suck.

Believe it or not, the Steelers have absolutely owned the Jets too. They're something like 17-4 against the Jets all-time including a victory in the AFC championship, and I'm pretty sure the Jets have only won once in Pittsburgh.

Come to think of it, I think the Jets have only won two games in Pennsylvania, they've never beaten the Eagles ever, and they were usually owned by the Redskins too. Its a pretty astonishing run of futility.

I know the browns suck unfie, but I'm seriously starting to think being a jets fan is just as bad. At least you have history, and tradition, the entire history of the Jets comes down to winning one superbowl 44 years ago, and sucking since then.

Of course Cleveland Browns suck. The Cavs were good(with Lechoke James),and The Indians aren't really good.

So give it up for the Steelers to losing to the Browns. This is what happens when you turnover the ball more than once. Anyways the Browns did win championships(Not the Superbowl like the Detriot Lions)

At least Browns fans stick by their team, Jets fans are a bunch of drunk, belligerent assholes who know nothing of the sport, nor what it takes to be a successful franchise.

We're talking about a fanbase that's so desperate for a franchise quarterback they think a 7th round draft pick with no arm is their savior.

I'm a jet fan, and I hate jets fans almost as much as any other fans (except the pats and giants).

Can't be worse than the Raider Fans. I can tell you right now that the Raiders Fans want Gruden back. Umm yeah he isn't going to fix anything.

I wished the Raiders would have won, since it would have helped the Ravens. Oh well. The scary part is, I'm not sure if the Ravens will beat the Redskins. The Redskins have momentum and they're finally starting to believe they can really pull off something big. I wouldn't be surprised in the least if the Ravens shoot themselves in the foot again, and the Redskins find a way to win.

As bad as the Raiders are now, they won the AFC ten years ago, and probably would have won another AFC title had it not been for the bullshit Brady tuck rule fiasco.

That's infinitely more than the Jets have done ever. When they won the superbowl in 1968, the jets won the AFL, they've never won the AFC ever.

Actually Al Davis fired Gruden the year after the Tuck Rule. Al Davis is nuts since then.

And Since losing the Superbowl to Gruden. The Raiders haven't made it to the playoffs since then. They were a good team until Davis went nuts.
