Then add more cheese, it's really tasty but if you add more cheese in to the pesto it can be ruined by clots of cheese and believe me it's not nice also it becomes a giant ball when trying to add it to the pasta. Add more after in that case.

No pic as this is not a web recipe but it is fantastic.

King Crab carrot and curry bisque

2l bs King Crab legs (you could also use snow crab)
1.5 quarts of water
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb baby carrots
1 cp diced onion
2 tsp Old Bay / Eastern Shore seasoning
1 Pint heavy cream
4 bay leaves
1-2 tbsp yellow curry powder

1. Remove meat from the crab legs and set aside.
2. Place shells into a pot with the water and bay leave and boil for about 30-45 min until the water has reduced to about 1qt. While this is happening saute onions in the olive oil on medium heat until translucent and cut up carrots for faster cooking.
3. Remove crab shells and bay leaves from the water and discard. Place the carrots and onions into the water with the curry powder, old bay seasoning, and white pepper and continue boiling till the onions and carrots are soft to the touch.(basically overcooked and easily mashed between fingers)
4. Using a stick blender or normal blender blend the carrots and remaining liquid till smooth, add the heavy cream and continue till all incorporated and smooth.
5. Add the crab meat back to the soup breaking into smaller pieces if still in large chunks (don't shred the crab meat, you just want small chunks)
6. Continue heating till crab meat is hot , another 5 minutes or so and then serve.

Ive won several cooking competitions at work with this and I am often asked to make this for parties in larger batches. Enjoy, and feel free to add more crab meat if you like.
