"come eat me" peanut butter says..."I'll taste just like snickers I will" it says. "I'm really yummy, you'll see" it goes. Filthy lies. All of it. As soon as I put it on my tongue I want to gag and throw the jar through the window in disgust. |

I eat peanut butter sandwiches with my protein shakes and that makes it bearable. It's still pretty good though. A lot of it could be the brand you're using |

I cant eat peanutbutter tho. Dog loves it, he sees it as his treat. Once I ate some reeses peanutbutter cups that my sister sent for x-mas, his nose was literally stuck to my mouth, asking me why I'm eating his snacks. |

so another confession to make. I have not worked out since the end of February. I went through some changes that made me quite depressed and so I slept a lot and was too tired to work out. Lately tho I've been going for long walks. I walk for about 1-2 hours 4 times a week. I'm planning on starting my other workouts again when I feel a bit better. |

Working out cures depression, i'm only hearing excuses, Monstar. We all want to be fit, but most of us don't want to do anything about it. We're not prepared to experience the pain and the discomfort that comes with exercising - but little do we know, it's all part of the journey. Everything that is worth something to us does not come overnight, all of the difficulties that we go through, while going for our dreams, are going to shape our mentality and become part of our pride. If you don't want something bad enough, you'll never achieve it. It's the cold hard truth. I wanted to gain muscle, it was not easy .. but i did it, because i promised it to myself. I didn't allow myself to be distracted by games, by my friends, by anybody - it's easy to be distracted and make excuses. When i felt like skipping a day, i didn't, because i knew it will eventually pay off. When other people skip, i work out, when they quit, i work harder, when i tell them i will be ripped, they laugh, but i always make sure i laugh last. This is the mentality you need. Nothing beats hard work and dedication. /Rant Sorry for the rant, but people who want something but don't go for it drive me mad. Nothing personal, you just need to get into a rhythm. |

oh it's very true. At the moment, I don't want it at all. I couldn't care less about being fit right now. I know I have excuses for not working out, but the truth is I just don't want to make time for it right now. I'm in such a slump that I'm not even taking care of myself or my apartment at the moment. So...your frustration with me is justified, workout master. I am sorry and I promise I will do better when I have the energy to do something other than sleeping And I hope you'll still want to support me when I do feel like working out again.

I didn't want to make you feel bad, lol. And i'm no master, sorry if it comes off like this. I just know how people feel when they start out. I've been there. I've been depressed, no, not the "I'm depressed, sad and tired" type of depression, but the more serious kind. Working out fixed it for me, it also helped me become a better person. I'm not frustrated with you, i don't think less of you because of it .. no, nothing like that, haha. I'm just trying to get my point across, that nobody else can do this for you but you yourself. Even me trying to motivate is not going to help you. This is all about you and your willpower. |
