Elixir; by Hilary Duff

As I'm waiting for an eternity for my email to arrive, I've been reading... lots...
One that I just (as in a few minutes ago) finished is Elixir by Hilary Duff (yep, she writes books too). It was an easy read, maybe a bit more on the "mature" side, but I did find it pretty captivating and interesting. What I didn't know going into it is that it will be a series, the next one coming out Oct. 11 of this year.
It does hit on topics that I don't believe in, like re-incarnation, but I don't believe in vampires either, and I loved Twilight..
Anyway, has anyone heard of this book, or even perhaps read it??

I hadn't head of it. I didn't know she wrote books! I will add it to my list. I am currently working on a book for school, but I hope to have it done within a week.
